Membership Terms & Conditions

Organisation: Graeme Hall Nature Sanctuary (GHNS)
By purchasing or activating a Graeme Hall Nature Sanctuary membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Membership Validity
- All memberships are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
- Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the named individual(s) listed at the time of registration.
2. Membership Use
- Memberships provide free general entry(trail access only) to Graeme Hall Nature Sanctuary in accordance with the selected membership tier.
- Entry is subject to operational hours, capacity limits, and occasional closures due to maintenance, weather, or special events.
- Memberships do not include boat tours, sanctuary extras or other premium experiences unless explicitly stated.
3. Family & Group Memberships
- Family memberships apply to directly related children or grandchildren under the age of 16.
- All individuals covered by a membership must be named at registration.
- Additional names cannot be added after purchase without an upgrade.
4. Proof of Membership
- Members must present a valid membership card or photo identification on each visit.
- Graeme Hall reserves the right to refuse entry if valid membership verification cannot be provided.
5. Membership Cards
- Membership cards will be issued upon confirmation of payment.
- Lost or damaged cards may be replaced for a replacement fee.
- Temporary access may be granted at management’s discretion while replacements are processed.
6. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
- Membership fees are non-refundable, including in cases of non-use.
- Memberships may not be paused, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
- Upgrades may be permitted by paying the difference between tiers.
7. Member Conduct
- All members and guests must comply with Sanctuary rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions.
- Graeme Hall reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund if a member engages in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.
8. Events & Benefits
- Member benefits, discounts, and events are subject to availability and may change from time to time.
- Graeme Hall reserves the right to amend or withdraw benefits with reasonable notice.
9. Photography & Media
- By entering the Sanctuary, members consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes unless they advise otherwise in writing.
10. Data Protection
- Personal information collected will be used solely for membership administration, communication, and reporting.
- Data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
11. Changes to Terms
- Graeme Hall Nature Sanctuary reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Continued use of membership constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Barbados.
