The Graeme Hall Nature Sanctuary is home to the last significant wetland in Barbados, recognized internationally under the Convention on Wetlands as a Ramsar site. The positions we offer are essential to the survival of the Sanctuary - the facility and the surrounding wild habitat depend completely on the reliable and consistent daily care and protection provided by its human caretakers.

Volunteer Opportunities

From time to time the Sanctuary provides opportunities to volunteers to assist with environmental, educational and research tasks. While there is no direct compensation given to the volunteer for this valuable work, these are opportunities to participate in helping the Graeme Hall Wetland survive.
